Project Manager and Analyst – Renewable Energy Finance & Investment

REN21 is seeking a new full-time staff member, based in Paris. We are searching for a Project Manager and Analyst to join the Research Team in the REN21 Secretariat primarily to produce the Renewables Global Status Report (GSR) and to support the production of the Renewables in Cities Global Status Report (REC).

If you like working as part of a dynamic team, have experience in renewable energy, finance and investment, and are interested in the private sector, and in developing and/or emerging economy country issues, then this could be the job for you!

6-Month Internship: Renewable Energy and Transport

REN21 is seeking an intern to support the production process of the Global Futures Report (GFR). Previous editions of this report were published in 2013 and 2017.

The internship lasts six months and is paid. Candidate should be available to start in June/July 2021 and must:

  • Already have the legal right to work in France or have EU citizenship
  • Be enrolled in an academic institution during the duration of the internship

CALLS FOR PROPOSALS

Consultant to Support the Global Futures Report Project Kick-off

REN21 seeks the service of a consultant to provide support for kicking off the process for the next edition of the REN21 Renewables Global Futures Report (GFR). Previous editions of this report were published in 2013 and 2017. The next edition will ask the question: “What is the role of renewables in decarbonising the transport sector?” The question will be applied globally and regionally (Asia) to both energy and transport experts from the public, private and non-profit sectors, looking at existing scenarios and including interviews with companies and country/regional experts.

The anticipated timeline for the work is three months, starting as soon as possible.
