Renewables in Cities Global Status Report Data Collection is now open

We invite you to be part of the inclusive effort to create data-based evidence on the role that cities and local initiatives play in advancing the global renewable energy transformation! We are calling for contributors to engage with the data collection process for the first edition of the Renewables in Cities Global Status Report series. Deadline has been extended until 18 March.

We are seeking input on:

  • Drivers for renewable energy in cities
  • Targets and policies
  • Innovative business models
  • How financing is mobilised
  • Citizen involvement

As this is a collaborative effort, REN21 invites a variety of players to submit information. Whether you are a city-level stakeholder, city expert, or come from industry, NGO, science or academia, if you have information on renewables in cities to share, we invite you to fill in

this questionnaire.

Thank you for supporting us in shaping the energy debate in order to advance the transition to renewable energy in cities!

Your participation is critical for the production of a balanced, comprehensive and high-quality first Renewables in Cities Global Status Report. All contributors and reviewers will be acknowledged in the final report.
